What Has Changed?
We recently got some news via our shipping partners UPS and DHL that there are an increased emphasis to enforce the prescription regulations for nicotine products coming from customs and the ABF. We are working with them on how best we can stream line the process and keep the speed of shipping. We have implemented a new function on the site where you can upload your document to the site and it will be included in your information to send through and streamline the process.
We will send all orders still with or without prescriptions but if you want to have a hassle free delivery we suggest you attach a prescription.
How do you attach a prescription?
In your ‘my account’ page after login you will see a new tab ‘Prescriptions’ You can upload you file there and it will be automatically added to all future orders. Simple. If you don’t have an account you can upload it on the checkout page as well.
How do I get a prescription
We can suggest an online medical service that specialises in tobacco harm reduction and has knowledge about nicotine pouches that you can consult with.
Please use the code QUITCIG5 (last character number 5) for a discount.
After a few questions and follow up by a registered doctor you can receive your prescription. The site is well laid out and prompts easy to follow. Looks like the below image
Please contact us with any issues that arise.
Also note the UPS shipping option supports the prescription upload fully while there is still some work that needs to be done to have DHL fully operational.
